E-Learning Professional Qualification Design for London Institute of Banking and Finance
SITUATION
With the focus and interest of Supply Chain Finance becoming more prominent, The London Institute of Banking and Finance saw a need to develop a formal professional qualification in Supply Chain Finance to sit alongside their other established formal banking and trade qualifications.
LIBF wished to appoint independent subject matter experts to author both the qualification and the course working with both internal and external editors and advisors
CHALLENGE
TAN was appointed to construct a detailed e-learning course that would encompass all aspects of Supply Chain Finance as per International Chamber of Commerce definitions.
The requirement was to draft the course content in a format suitable for e-learning in the knowledge that many of the students undertaking the course would not have English as a first language and would have different levels of understanding.
HOW WE HELPED
Working closely with the editors, proof readers and external technical reviewers, Trade Advisory Network authored the qualification, creating an internationally recognised certificate in Supply Chain Finance.
The course was launched in May 2018 and is now being widely promoted within the bank and non-bank sector.
